The Operations Module: tracker apps for the recurring work a practice runs on — room and autoclave cleaning, and the rest. Each one knows who's responsible that day and their backup, and staff confirm the work with a QR-code scan, so it's logged as it happens — then rolls up into weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports you can base bonuses on.
